Q: Why / when is this necessary?
Properly installed drainage systems help to alleviate water run off problems on properties that are poorly graded, or are challenged by flooding. There are several different ways to correct this problem.
- We can Re-grade. This is a process that repairs or changes the existing slope of the property to divert water, or makes the property more level, and therefore more livable. This is part of the process that is required to prepare or install a lawn.
- We can install an extensive underground PVC pipe system.
- We can install water retention basins.
